Navigating your health can feel confusing, overwhelming, and deeply frustrating—especially when appointments are rushed, options aren’t clearly explained, or you’re left unsure of what questions to ask. Many clients come to medical coaching feeling unheard, dismissed, or even belittled by the healthcare system. These experiences can create medical trauma, leaving you disconnected from your body and uncertain about where to begin. Medical coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of your health concerns, explore all available options, and rebuild trust in yourself and your healing journey—without judgment or pressure.
With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare field, I provide compassionate, informed medical coaching tailored to your unique needs. My services range from offering clear, up-to-date medical information and helping you prepare for appointments, to holding a safe, supportive space where you can process medical trauma and feel truly seen. Together, we take the time to understand how your body, mind, and soul are connected—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of agency in your care.
Let your journey home begin.
NURSE PRACTITIONER, WELLNESS COACH, YOGA TEACHER, SPEAKER, & HUMAN
Welcome—I’m so glad you found your way here. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate moments of change, uncertainty, or disconnection. With a background as both a family nurse practitioner and a life coach, I bring together medical knowledge and holistic practices to help you feel more aligned in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
This space was created for you—to feel supported, understood, and safe as you explore what’s possible for your health, your healing, and your life. My approach is gentle yet practical, weaving science with compassion so you can gain clarity, reclaim your strength, and take steps that feel true to you.
Most importantly, I believe in your own wisdom. Together, we’ll create a path that helps you reconnect to yourself and move forward with more ease, balance, and confidence.

Healthcare navigation combines medical expertise with a whole-person approach. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, clarify options, and create a path forward that supports both your health and your overall wellbeing. These sessions support receiving a new medical diagnosis from your healthcare provider and you are confused about the diagnosis and the path forward. Maybe you have had a diagnosis for a while and are unsure how to feel okay in your “new” body and or mind. Perhaps you need someone to hear and validate the trauma you have gone through and want someone to support your experiences.
At this time, I will not be diagnosing or prescribing medications. I will also not be providing therapy as I do not have those qualifications.
You may request guidance and care in a way that suits you—including medical consultations, alternative therapies and movement.
“I didn’t expect to feel anything. But I felt warmth flood my chest, and I cried without knowing why.”
“I had never heard light language before. It sounded ancient. My whole body tingled.”
“It was like a prayer I didn’t know I needed. I felt God — real and present.”
I am accepting interest for offerings starting mid-2026:
– Somatic breath work and exercises to help individuals and groups become more integrated within themselves.
– Specialized Corporate Trainings – group training to help educate people about their mind and body integration.
You may express interest now for future scheduling.
In private 1:1 sessions, I offer a safe space where your feelings are witnessed and your body is believed. Together we’ll release what no longer serves you and design a life that feels aligned—with compassion, curiosity, and clinical clarity. Whether you’re healing from loss, navigating health changes, or seeking deeper meaning, our work is gently transformational.
When I speak to groups, my goal is to create a welcoming space where people feel understood, encouraged, and inspired. I weave together medical insight, personal experience, and gentle practices that invite reflection and connection. Topics can be shaped around what matters most to your community—particular medical concerns, stress and burnout, or simply finding your way back to yourself.
