About me and my path

Hello, I’m Lindsey.
My path to coaching began during a season in my own life when I felt deeply disconnected – from my body, my purpose, and even from the person I thought I was. I know what it’s like to feel lost, to wonder how to move forward, and to crave a safe place to simply be seen and supported.

Along the way, I discovered that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder or ignoring those feelings – it comes from slowing down, listening inward, and allowing space for growth. That realization led me to combine my work as a family nurse practitioner with my passion for holistic and life coaching.

In my work, I use a variety of approaches because I believe there isn’t one path that works for everyone. I trust that each person holds their own inner wisdom, and my role is to help bring it forward with tools that fit their unique journey. Some of the interventions I draw from include:

In these 60-minute 1:1 personal wellness sessions via Zoom, you’ll receive my full attention on any area you’re focusing on—whether it’s hormones, gut health, stress reduction, self-confidence, or foundational wellness practices.

1:1 SOMATIC RELEASE BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Your body has a remarkable ability to hold onto trauma—any event that overwhelms your nervous system—in the fascia tissue, holding it there until it’s safe enough to process. For many of us, though, we remain in a state of chronic stress and have never learned how to release that trapped energy.

When we don’t release it, it settles into our bodies and manifests as physical dis-ease—IBS, migraines, arthritis, and more.

I offer talks and workshops that blend medical expertise with holistic practices like mindfulness, yoga, and movement. My sessions are designed to be informative, supportive, and empowering, leaving participants with tools they can use in daily life.
